Holiday Eggnog

Recipe Developed by Chef AJ. (Based on Miyoko Schinner’s Not Nog)

  • Yield: 4 Servings 1x


  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for at least an hour
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • A few dates, to taste, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. alcohol-free vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp. rum extract


  1. Mix in blender and serve chilled.
