About Naked Food magazine

Naked Food is a national health initiative that proposes the switch from the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) to the New American Kind and Enlightened Diet (N.A.K.E.D.).  The Naked lifestyle approach focuses on evidence-based nutrition content and features recipes, tips, and expert advice geared toward the prevention and reversal of chronic diseases, and the achievement of optimal health and weight using food as medicine. Naked Food focuses on whole, organic, non-GMO, and toxin-free foods and products that enhance a healthy plant-based lifestyle.

Naked Food Magazine was created by our editor-in-chief after losing her boyfriend to brain cancer.  It is a positive and insightful publication written by leading plant-based nutrition experts and physicians who have brought this lifestyle into light.
