Editor’s Note:

WE ARE HERE TO STAY!

This issue marks the beginning of a game-changing initiative. In 2013, I had envisioned a dream-type organization that could bring us all together; one that could also support us and help regulate the standards and guidelines that we can’t expect from a governmental agency. An organization created by us and for us. One that could spread the wholistic message of health strongly and effectively, and one

that could give us benefits on the things we love and not the ones we are trying to avoid. Lastly, one that could help change our food system… Was it too much to ask? Ha! Not at all.

So, I envisioned WFPB.ORG at the same time that Naked Food got its start. I knew it would be quite an undertaking to spear something of the sort on a global scale, while publishing a magazine, but at the same time, I knew it was completely worth it. It also confirmed I am a bit crazy.

I went ahead and worked quietly for the last few years trying to figure out the major issues I wanted to tackle. Like everything worth doing, it takes patience, lots of love, and hard work. I don’t believe I had worked so hard in my life before, but, I truly take pride of the result. Headed by Naked Food, and with the support of many of you, I’m thrilled to say, we are live.

I invite you to visit the website and get involved. Connect with me and with the entire WFPB community around the world. We are here to stay! Happy Summer!

Unacceptable customer behaviour policy
We are committed to providing a quality service to all our customers, and we expect everyone who comes into contact with our staff to treat them with respect.  We understand that, in times of trouble or distress, people may act out of character, and, in a very small number of cases, may behave in an unacceptable way despite our best efforts to help. This makes it difficult for us to deal with queries or complaints effectively. We also have a duty to protect the welfare and safety of our staff. They should be able to come to work without fear of violence, abuse, harassment, or discrimination.  Therefore please reach out with respect, empathy, and dignity toward our mission and staff as we will always do our best to make you happy!
