Killer Performance Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Maca Powder: 1 Tablespoon
  • Goji Berries: 1 Handful (about 1/4 cup)
  • Cucumber: 2- to 4-inch piece
  • Brazil Nuts: 5 Nuts
  • Apple with Seeds: 1
  • Lime: 1/2
  • Spinach: 1 Handful
  • Wheat Grass: 1 Frozen cube or chopped fresh wheat grass
  • Distilled Water and Ice (We recommend distilled water whenever possible)

Notes

For a sweeter-tasting smoothie, replace water with one cut and peeled orange, leaving most of its white outer part and seeds. Half of a banana may also be added for a thicker smoothie.
