About T. Colin Campbell, PhD

T. Colin Campbell, PhD is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University and the author of over 300 research papers. Campbell advocates a low-fat, whole foods, plant-based diet, and is the author of two books on the subject, The China Study (2005, co-authored with his son), which became one of America’s best-selling books about nutrition, and Whole (2013). Dr. Campbell is featured in the 2011 American documentary, Forks Over Knives.
