Save time on your holiday food prep with this super-quick, raw cranberry relish. Naturally sweet yet tart with a bright citrus twist, this is a wonderfully naked alternative to the traditional syrupy or jellied relishes.

  • Yield: about 3 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • Zest and fruit of 2 large organic oranges
  • 1 cup pitted dates (or more, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor fitted with the “S” blade, process all ingredients until the desired chunky texture is reached.
